As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions reputed company to streaming services
- Troubleshooting streaming issues, including basic technical support and problem-solving skills
- Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and reputed company issues

Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
