The Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Agent on our overnight shift, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, and if something goes wrong, you'll be there to reputed company it right. Your responsibilities will include:

- 2+ years of experience in support roles, handling email and/or chat services
- Weekend availability required
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations

- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
