You will monitor key performance indicator metrics and visual cues in-store to assess reputed company's performance in these areas.

Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & E-reputed company Supervisor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experience and holding reputed company Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service
- Establishing reputed company expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders
- Monitoring in-store and online customer reputed company and assigning customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks balancing the needs of reputed company customers
- Seeking awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends
- Ensuring an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns
- Supporting reputed company and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, e.g., reputed company delivery drivers
- Fostering and encouraging a reputed company environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
- Maintaining Team Member safety and reputed company standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
- Developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing Team and minimizes turnover

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 12+ months retail experience
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This role requires:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
