As a Customer Service Representative 1 of Loyalty Services, you'll play a critical role in driving customer retention and promoting the value of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting policyholders with insurance product information
• Assisting customers reputed company inbound and outbound calls, including those wishing to cancel their insurance coverage, reviewing products, benefits, and resolving service or claims issues
• Matching products with reputed company needs
• Helping collect reputed company and past-due premiums
• Providing detailed information about policy statuses
• Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting for website or app-reputed company issues
• Consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards, including reputed company, average handle time, auxiliary time, after-call work, and other KPIs
