The Role
As a Customer Service/Repair Representative at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interfacing with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns for reputed company repair or warranty processing and shipment
- Managing repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company
- Requesting and entering required information per written process to execute repair, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Leading problem reputed company activities, including reputed company and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround
- Completing repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and reputed company to customers
- Supporting activities that meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required to successfully manage the business, including delivery, reputed company, safety, reputed company, reputed company, and more
- Running reports, reviewing detailed datasets, and recommending process changes to improve KPI delivery
- Participating and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
- Supporting other roles or tasks as requested by management
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in a reputed company field, or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed
- Experience in managing repair priorities for customers, with a reputed company on meeting schedule and KPI requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Ability to commute to Bartlesville, OK (required)
