We're seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator - Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a hybrid role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and data entry services to our patients, prescribers, insurance companies, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer service inquiries from patients, prescribers, insurance companies, external partners, or internal partners in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

- Assist callers by explaining the need for additional information to complete the benefits investigation process or transfer cases to the pharmacy partner.

- Initiate outbound telephone calls to patients for various reasons, such as collecting additional information or explaining the outcome of the benefit investigation.

- Identify and escalate concerns received from patients, prescribers, partners, or insurance companies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience in a highly skilled and fast-paced call center environment.
- Call center experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), reputed company Insurance, or Patient Assistance Programs is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, good analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with others at reputed company reputed company.
