Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing reputed company, courteous, and reputed company service to reputed company clients
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department
• Maintaining accurate records of reputed company reputed company interactions and transactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
