Your Mission
As an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist, you will be fully responsible for the US market, providing solutions to questions raised by our customers on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. You will be part of our Customer Care team and will be in charge of guiding and helping users with any queries they might have, as reputed company as evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.
Key Responsibilities
