• Coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• Dispatching technicians to job sites in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes
• Serving as the reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints
• Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company manner
