Job Responsibilities
As a remote customer care specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to high-risk members, ensuring their needs are met, and their concerns are resolved
- Reviewing member enrollment or claims history to ensure accuracy of billing and enrollment
- Utilizing the arenaflex Conversation reputed company to reputed company outstanding customer service and call reputed company
- Researching and resolving service-reputed company inquiries, meeting established expectations for reputed company, productivity, and timeliness
- Assisting members using probing questions and critical thinking to resolve their inquiry
Requirements
* 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of building reputed company relationships with customers, clients, and/or peers in different teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High-speed reputed company internet with a router that has 2 ports and is no reputed company than 10 feet away from workstation
- Ability to reputed company to a 12-week fully reputed company program with limited absences
- Ability to use multiple systems while resolving/responding to customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone

- Ability to work assigned shift between 8:00 AM-6:30 PM EST, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual – Spanish or Creole
- Previous experience working with a health insurance company
