We're seeking an reputed company Phone and Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As a hybrid remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to balance your time between our reputed company and home, working a reputed company of shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, technical savvy, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Managing multiple chat channels at one time
- Following communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Accessing company and reputed company resources to accurately handle calls
- Performing data entry and customer service skills
- Navigating online reputed company to verify nurses' credentials and follow up with written messages
- Handling follow-up phone calls with nurses to confirm the status of picking up shifts
- Remaining reputed company and reputed company in reputed company customer interactions
- Flexibility to cross-train as requested
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
- Technical savvy and previous remote work from home experience a plus

- Type 35 words per minute accurately

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll receive:
- Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
- Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends
- reputed company: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (CST)
- Status: Full-time 40 hours
- Equipment provided: We'll ship equipment to you for full-time permanent employees
