We're urgently hiring a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potential compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales reputed company. Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
• Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company
• Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
• Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and follow scripts
• Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Assisting with other reputed company as needed
• Troubleshooting basic IT problems and providing self-serviced solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
