Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at arenaflex, your role will be multifaceted and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting local businesses in reducing their credit card processing fees through our reputed company
- Generating leads through referrals and warm prospects, and attending marketing-scheduled appointments to present our products and services effectively
- Utilizing proven sales strategies to negotiate and finalize new deals, and collaborating with National Sales Managers for additional support and training
- Maintaining communication with leads and guiding them through the sales funnel, and engaging in reputed company training to enhance your sales capabilities
- Participating in morning conference calls for updates on bonuses and incentives, and working in the field (90%) with some remote tasks (10%)
