What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the reputed company that brightens days and ignites careers. A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English

What You Bring to the Role

* 1 year or more of customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet (> 10mbps)
