As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order team, you will be responsible for routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. Responsibilities

- Work in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and prescription data

Requirements
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
Preferred Qualifications
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues
