arenaflex is urgently hiring for a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions.
- Work from home, navigating multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone.
- Meet or reputed company performance metrics, including reputed company reputed company, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Mandatory training programs include:
- 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
- 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
- Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
