As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, your responsibilities will vary depending on the department you're assigned to. Some of your key tasks may include:- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate person
- Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail reputed company necessary
- Logging phone calls and documents into our online document management system
- Assisting office staff with clerical duties, such as faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files
- Maintaining frequent communication with clients and answering their questions
