Job Responsibilities

As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including:

• Configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including reputed company/EC
• Providing customer support to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for service and assessing customer satisfaction
• Analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions that drive business reputed company and improvement
• Developing and implementing solutions to address business needs and improve HRIS functionality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure data reputed company and reputed company
• Scheduling and executing preferred and reputed company reports to retrieve data from multiple sources and systems
• Working with Business Intelligence tools and/or reputed company reputed company or reputed company to reputed company specialized formatting, analysis, and processing of reports
• Analyzing and comparing historical HR data from multiple systems and making recommendations to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field, such as reputed company, Business Administration, or Computer Science

• At least three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and statistics, including HR data, financial analysis, and data reputed company
