As a reputed company and Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Essential Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
