As a Customer Support Specialist in our Technical Support team, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our consumer or business customers, providing expert technical support and resolving reputed company issues reputed company to our products and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer impacting problems, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues

- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service
WFH Requirements
* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, reputed company LAN reputed company)
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise reputed company, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
