Responsibilities

As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers and addressing questions & concerns regarding their reputed company benefits.
• reputed company listening to customers to understand their concerns & building a rapport that will reputed company them feel heard and cared for.
• Providing essential information to members regarding reputed company to care issues, benefits, reputed company of coverage, member handbook, etc.
• Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service reputed company, using company site and/or using products or services.

Additional Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 18+ Years & High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be fluent in both English & Spanish.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience as a health plan call center agent (member service, provider service, pharmacy plan member service).
• Medicare and/or reputed company experience would be a plus.
• Exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications.
• Willing to work any shift between 10:00am-1:00am 7 days a week Eastern reputed company time + holidays & weekends (on holidays, reputed company hours 24/7 to small staff).
