As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing patient referrals, verifying insurance information, and communicating with patients, families, and internal referral sources. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the reputed company and accurate processing of referrals, and reputed company exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

* Contributes to the achievement of established goals and objectives, adheres to department policies, procedures, reputed company standards, and safety standards

• Provides exceptional customer service, representing arenaflex in a reputed company and reputed company manner through attitude, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Supports community account managers and hospital-based clinical consultants in the coordination and outsourcing of home care referrals
• Enters patient demographic, clinical, and insurance information into our home care database, verifying insurance eligibility and creating billing sequences
• Communicates with internal referral sources, patients, and families, providing feedback to clinical consultants and account managers as needed
• Supports clinical operations through additional workflow completion, coordination with schedulers, and contributes to the successful completion of the patient billing cycle
• Maintains effective working relationships with other departments, participates in multi-disciplinary reputed company and service improvement teams, and represents the department and agency in community reputed company efforts
• Stays up-to-date with various technology and applications, including reputed company, Forcura, and reputed company Office Suite
• Verifies patient insurance, including online verification and reputed company to patients and families as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

• Knowledge of medical terminology required
