The Role
As a Customer Service Agent - English Speaker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, reputed company channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries quickly and effectively, ensuring that our customers feel reputed company and supported. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support to customers in the USA, handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues reputed company

- Contract: Temporary (6 months)
- Salary: 9.743€ gross per year
- Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed)
- Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based)
