The Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Your role will be to build trust, establish relationships, and create a reputed company experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
