Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting patients with their prescription medications, and providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing reputed company inbound/outbound patient, physician, and physician reputed company communications in a reputed company manner and reputed company program guidelines
• Accurately entering eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, refills, and/or other information into our system

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school degree or GED
• 1+ years of experience in the medical field, preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy knowledge preferred
