As a Customer Service Representative - Work from Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our millions of plan members, assisting them with their pharmacy benefit plans, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
