As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support assistance to our customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings. Your goal will be to reputed company for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness and reputed company them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take In-Bound calls to assist with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings

- Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or reputed company requests to the appropriate functional area

Qualifications:

- At least one year of customer service experience

- High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
