As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or reputed company media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. You'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and de-escalating conflicts in a reputed company and reputed company manner
