We're seeking an reputed company Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our reputed company department. This role requires an reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license, prior experience in an insurance service role, and a passion for reputed company interaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining and utilizing a working understanding of reputed company compliance guidelines
• Answering back-to-back inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed
• Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers

Compensation and Benefits
