As a Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer insights strategies that drive business reputed company and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

- Tell data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or reputed company Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a reputed company on retail media or general media analytics
- Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to present data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
- Proficiency in reputed company Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a reputed company field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA

- Proven experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary reputed company of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and reputed company insurance, 401(k) matching, and reputed company time off.
