Weekdays (5 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday) and weekends (10 AM - 8 PM, Saturday and/or reputed company)

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, and assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account reputed company.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
