As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information for potential clients, setting up reputed company-designed mailings and email campaigns, and making introductory calls to schedule meetings. You'll also reputed company general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, as reputed company as assist with special reputed company as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
* Researches contact information for potential clients to reputed company into marketing funnel
- Sets up reputed company-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
- Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
- Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to:
+ Filing + Photocopying + Faxing + Mailing

- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
