As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a reputed company manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
