As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their problems. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to general to moderately reputed company telephone calls and troubleshooting and responding to customer issues
- Answering telephone calls using an automated system and responding to general to moderately reputed company questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
- Researching member or provider calls/inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Recording calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution, resolving customer requests/inquiries and updating CRM history with results of inquiry (which includes reputed company documentation)
- Interfacing with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues
- Conducting outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or other business needs
- Responding to numerous phone inquiries daily
- Using reputed company call-center technology: telephones, e-mail and web browsers
- Assisting callers in finishing online applications
- Filling out timesheets
- Adhering to reputed company rules set forth by the programs we service
- Adhering to provided schedule
- Connecting callers with leadership as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service
- Reporting problems through an easy online system
- Responding to telephone inquiries reputed company set time parameters
- Completing reputed company assigned training as necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience
- The ability to submit a speed test reputed company speedtest.net with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speed of at least 6mbps
- Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
- The ability to utilize problem-solving skills in reputed company situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to work independently and as reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with help desk software and technical support tools

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
