Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Part Time Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a reputed company manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarifying orders as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to general inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.

• Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
