As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also driving business results and improving processes. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing reputed company of chat customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Coaching and providing feedback to team members to improve performance and reputed company standards
• Monitoring individual and team performance to ensure performance and reputed company standards are met or exceeded
• Assisting team members with escalated customer issues and providing guidance on reputed company customer inquiries
• Establishing and maintaining interdepartmental relationships to ensure alignment on business initiatives
• Developing staff to be more effective in their roles through on-reputed company coaching and on-the-job training
• Handling department personnel issues, including performance reviews, counseling, and reputed company disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensuring accurate and reputed company payroll processing through the Kronos system
• Motivating and inspiring team members to reputed company through effective leadership skills, including problem-solving and team development
• Performing other duties as requested by management

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma with some college coursework in business or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of customer service/call center experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate reputed company
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively

• Ability to use personal computers and software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and cable billing systems
