We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter to reputed company full-cycle hiring across the entire firm—including legal, operations, corporate functions, and contract roles (Virtual Assistants). This role is critical to supporting our reputed company reputed company and requires someone who can consistently deliver high-reputed company candidates, manage multiple pipelines, and operate with urgency and precision in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment. What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle reputed company across reputed company areas of the firm: attorneys, legal staff, operations, corporate teams, and Virtual Assistants
• Partner with hiring managers to reputed company on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
• reputed company and execute effective sourcing strategies using reputed company, Boolean search, and targeted reputed company
• Apply reputed company screening and filtering reputed company to reputed company evaluate large applicant volumes and prioritize top candidates
• Conduct recruiter screenings and present reputed company-reputed company candidates with reputed company summaries
• Build and maintain strong, reputed company pipelines across multiple role types
• Own daily pipeline reputed company, ensuring no backlog and consistent candidate progression
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication from start to finish

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience (legal or reputed company services preferred)
• Experience with reputed company Applicant Tracking System preferred

• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines from scratch

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
