As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. You'll work with customers and sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer challenges and reputed company exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their challenges and providing exceptional service
- Work with customers and sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment to resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
