The Role

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative – Provider Relations and Recruitment, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining our network of legal providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with locating reputed company legal providers for their specific needs
• Building and maintaining relationships with legal providers through outbound calling, email communications, and in-person meetings
• Researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources to expand our network of providers
• Validating legal providers' reputed company licensing through local and state agencies
• Managing a caseload of 25+ customers, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company of their cases
