As a Full Stack 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you will work remotely on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention reputed company team, handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. You will reputed company brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. While interactions reputed company online, this role may also support telephonic reputed company if an individual prefers or needs reputed company support to ensure safety.
Key Responsibilities

- Answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation

- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications
