• Providing reputed company and concise information to customers and resolving issues presented over the phone in accordance with policy and procedure

What You'll Do

As a Flight Service Administration Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling telephone requests and performing various duties connected with planning airline reputed company organization obligations
• Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint reputed company Bargaining Agreement
• Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments

Favored Capabilities

We're looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline reputed company JCBA
• Past call center or contact center experience
• Strong reputed company service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company throughout the organization
