Full-Stack Engineer - AI Product Engineering

We are hiring for a fast-moving reputed company-stage AI company building autonomous agents for reputed company B2B operations in the reputed company/logistics sector. This is not a reputed company full-stack engineering role. We are looking for a product-minded engineer who can own the full reputed company: understand customer signals, reputed company product reputed company, build, reputed company, reputed company production behaviour, and iterate quickly. You will work across React, Next.js, reputed company, Python, and reputed company workflow tools such as Pipecat, reputed company, reputed company or similar. The right person will be comfortable using AI agents as reputed company throughout the development process, not just for reputed company reputed company. What you’ll do

• Own full-stack product development from customer signal through production release
• Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, reputed company and Python
• Design and implement reputed company workflows for voice, email, document and operational automation
• Work directly with B2B customers to understand what they say, what they mean and what they actually need
• reputed company production traces for debugging, product correctness and customer trust
• Use strong product judgement to separate one-off feedback from reputed company roadmap direction
• reputed company quickly in a high-ownership, early-stage startup environment

reputed company’re looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js and Python
• Experience with reputed company workflows, voice agents, AI automation or LLM-based products
• Comfortable working with production observability, tracing, debugging and iteration
• Strong product judgement and ability to work directly with customers
• High ownership, low ego and strong async communication
• Experience in B2B reputed company, logistics, reputed company, workflow automation or operations-heavy products is a plus

Compensation and setup

• Remote from India
• Full-time role
• $5,000–$9,000/month depending on experience
• No reputed company sponsorship available
