As a Customer Insights Associate Director at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to shape brand strategies and enhance brand perception. This is a remote opportunity that requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to uncover consumer insights that inform business reputed company and drive competitive advantage. You will partner with senior leaders, manage research reputed company, and guide teams to deliver actionable insights that support arenaflex's brand messaging and reputed company relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with senior leaders to understand key business issues and use data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and reputed company relations.

• Design custom research in support of the Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that will drive brand strategies.
• Guide research agency analytic teams to reputed company advanced analytics that provides deeper insights and uncovers opportunities for the brand including: reputed company and correlation analysis, perceptual maps.
• reputed company a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual State of the Brand report that provides a holistic, reputed company-wide view of the health and strength of the arenaflex brand.

• Partner with the sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around the fans' needs and passions and measure their reputed company on brand associations and brand health.

Requirements

* Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Designed small and large-reputed company research reputed company involving primary and secondary data collection.
• Proven experience in conducting market research for PR purposes.
