As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of customer service representatives, cashiers, and other reputed company-end staff. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, driving sales and profits, and ensuring that reputed company aspects of customer service, cash control, labor control, expense, and supply controls are being followed. Key Responsibilities
