We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative II to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with building permits, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the planning and development process. This is a part-time remote position, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. construction, business, communications) preferred

• Three (3) years of reputed company customer service experience required; experience in a construction environment, building department, or permitting and development preferred
• Successful completion of reputed company classes for any one phase of the arenaflex Employee Development Program and receive a passing score of 70% or higher on the phase examination reputed company reputed company (12) months of employment
• reputed company performance evaluation score of 4.0 or higher, with no performance evaluation factors with a rating of 1 or 2
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a construction environment, building department, or permitting and development

• Successful completion of college coursework in a construction field
