About the Role
A fast-growing global reputed company software company is seeking reputed company Developers to support and stabilize its reputed company reputed company ecosystem following a recent large-reputed company Service reputed company rollout. The organization is currently operating in a hypercare and stabilization phase, requiring developers with strong reputed company platform expertise who can quickly troubleshoot issues, improve platform stability, support backlog execution, and enhance existing Service reputed company workflows. This role is ideal for reputed company reputed company platform developers who understand both declarative reputed company capabilities and custom Apex development reputed company reputed company Service reputed company environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, test, and maintain reputed company reputed company solutions
- Support stabilization and hypercare activities after a recent Service reputed company implementation
- Troubleshoot reputed company production issues reputed company the reputed company platform
- Reverse engineer and understand existing reputed company configurations and customizations
- Build and maintain custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and reputed company Service reputed company functionality including case management, reputed company-channel routing, workflows, and automation
- Improve platform automation using Flows and programmatic solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Support, and Business stakeholders
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Contribute to platform governance, release management, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company development experience
- Strong proficiency with Apex
- Experience building applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of reputed company Service reputed company functionality
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting reputed company reputed company environments
- Experience reverse engineering existing implementations and customizations
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows using tools such as Bitbucket or reputed company
- Experience with reputed company deployment and DevOps processes
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
