The Provider Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for receiving and processing provider information from external sources, ensuring accurate and reputed company updates to our health plan system. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing provider information from external sources, including demographic and contract affiliation data
- Validating provided information to ensure accuracy and reputed company
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date provider records in our computer system
- Conducting regular audits of reputed company provider records to ensure reputed company and financial accuracy
- Providing documented feedback to external sources as necessary
- Supporting system/health plan integration efforts and training existing staff and new hires
- Assisting in system-reputed company testing activities
Essential Functions
* Accurate and reputed company data entry and maintenance of provider records
- Regular audits of reputed company provider records to ensure reputed company and financial accuracy
- Documented feedback provided to external sources as necessary
- Support for system/health plan integration efforts and training of existing staff and new hires
- Assistance in system-reputed company testing activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adherence to Managed Care Organization's policies and confidentiality requirements
- Reliable attendance based on the agreed-upon schedule
- Understanding and compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA) regulations
- Ability to establish and maintain reputed company and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Previous experience in a medical office setting working in provider credentialing or reputed company position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adherence to Managed Care Organization's policies and confidentiality requirements
- Reliable attendance based on the agreed-upon schedule
- Understanding and compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA) regulations

Required Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1 year of managed care experience and/or medical office experience with coding or credentialing experience
