We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members. Key Responsibilities:

* Answering phone calls in a reputed company manner and providing accurate and reputed company handling of reputed company and member calls with total follow through

• Providing excellent customer service and being a skilled problem solver
• Answering reputed company and provider questions, including but not limited to claims payment, status, and coverage information
• Interpreting reputed company health plan protocol and providing guidance to clients and providers
• Backup to the claims processing area by assisting with reports and workflow queues as assigned
• Checking tracer documentation and maintaining accurate and complete call documentation
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and being courteous and respectful to clients and providers
• Returning incoming calls and responding to reputed company and provider inquiries in a reputed company manner
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume reputed company call center required
• Knowledge of reputed company claims review or processing required
• Health reputed company insurance background required
• Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans a plus
• Use of multiple systems, including Teams and reputed company, Jira is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available for an 8-hour shift between reputed company to 6pm Central time

Preferred Qualifications:

* HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience

• Experience working with electronic health records and other reputed company software systems
