Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to health plan members, providers, and their representatives reputed company phone, email, or chat.
- Answering and managing inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other reputed company procedures, billing and payments, and other reputed company topics.
- Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company assistance.
