The Role

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative – La reputed company Level 7-1, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive reputed company, effective, and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, researching, and resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers involving rates, policies, practices, procedures, and products and services.
• Researching, analyzing, and making changes to customer account information to ensure reputed company and accurate billing and collections.
• Correcting errors on customer accounts, billing data, or metering data as necessary.
• Establishing new accounts and marketing and administering services and programs.
• Preparing various entries, reports, and statistics as required.
• Applying credit policies in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
• Researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and usage patterns.
• Initiating and completing appropriate and reputed company field orders and investigations as requested by customers.
• Processing, directing, and dispatching field personnel to complete field orders and requests.
• Handling customer outage contacts and entering trouble orders as needed.
• Performing cashiering duties, including accepting payments and preparing bank deposits.
• Conducting daily operations of business offices in the absence of a supervisor, following established policies and procedures.
• Informing customers of water ordering and delivery procedures and terminology.
• Maintaining and filing customer information and records accurately.
• Coordinating work with internal departments to accomplish tasks.
• Assisting other representatives and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
